FAQ

Where are HARZO boards made?

In Danville, Kentucky, where each board is built individually.

Why end grain?

On an end-grain board the wood fibers stand upright. They absorb the knife's impact, which helps blades stay sharp and keeps the surface from scoring deeply.

How should I care for a pine butcher block?

Hand wash only with mild soap and warm water, dry it right away, and re-oil it occasionally.
