1. Overview

This website is operated by GPG Digital LLC, doing business as Collective Shops ("we", "us", "our"), and powered by Shopify. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Who makes and ships your products

Collective Shops is a curated marketplace for independent American businesses ("Makers"). Products are sourced through Shopify Collective and are made, packed and shipped directly by the Maker. We are the seller of record: your order, payment and customer support are handled by us, and we coordinate fulfillment, returns and warranty claims with the Maker on your behalf.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, images, ingredients and specifications are provided by the Makers. We work to keep them accurate, but colors, finishes and handmade details can vary, and reclaimed or natural materials may show unique marks. If information on our site conflicts with the product label, the label controls. Skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; patch-test new products and consult a professional if you have concerns. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and follow the safety label. Dog treats are treats, not a complete diet; supervise your dog and follow the feeding guidance on the package.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available from the Maker, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Some Makers provide their own warranties, described on their brand pages; we'll help you make a claim, but those warranties are provided by the Maker.

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. If you post a product review, you allow us to display it on the site, and it must be honest and based on your own experience.

7. Intellectual property

Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective Makers and are used with permission through Shopify Collective. Our editorial content is owned by Collective Shops and may not be copied without permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape it in bulk, or to submit false information or fraudulent orders.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" except as required by law and except for any express Maker warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
