Shipping policy

Shipped directly by the Maker

Every order ships directly from the independent American business that made it, through Shopify Collective. That means your items come straight from the workshop, ranch or studio, not from a warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing times

Most in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days. Some items are made to order or poured in small batches and can take 2–4 weeks to ship; when that applies, it's noted on the product page. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are set by each Maker and calculated at checkout before you pay. If your cart contains items from more than one Maker, they'll arrive in separate packages, and the shipping shown at checkout covers each of them.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each package as soon as the Maker ships it.

Delays and lost packages

Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or a package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at collectiveshp@gmail.com and we'll open a claim with the Maker and carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer can't be refunded, but contact us right away and we'll try to update it before it ships.
